Yes. Each investor receives legally registered land documentation in their own name.
The land is clearly demarcated on ground level, and members can choose the unit they wish to buy based on availability before registration.
Customers bear no additional maintenance costs. Initial investments cover farm infrastructure, and integrated intercropping generates income for ongoing operation and maintenance. Transparent records of farm finances are provided.
Crop yields may slightly vary due to natural factors during or after cultivation. However, the collective yield is divided cumulatively among all members, ensuring equal distribution of returns irrespective of individual unit yields.
As the owner, you are free to transfer ownership. However, the new owner must honour and comply with the original cultivation agreement and terms. All costs resulting from the transfer must be undertaken by the CSA member or the new party.
The sandalwood harvest will conclude the 15-year farming term. Afterward, the entire project will be handed over to the CSA members (landowners) by forming a general body and electing a governing board. Members interested in further farming can approach InAcres for another term under revised conditions.
